The story

Calm in a crisis. Now building yours.

I started in event management and emergency travel management, where the job was planning everything and staying calm when it all went sideways.

I took that into business supporting founders one to one, and it grew into an agency. Along the way I realised the real value wasn't ticking off tasks. It was spotting the gaps before they became problems, and building the structure behind founders so their business could grow without them holding it all together.

I'm a mum to two boys under four, so I don't believe in the grind. You can have financial freedom and your time back. I work closely with every client as your strategist, sounding board and biggest supporter. Think bestie vibes, with a plan.
